Schedule : August 11: arrival day; August 12 and 13: Scientific program; August 14: excursion to the mountains

Location: Grand-Hôtel Kurhaus, Arolla, Switzerland

ECTS : 1.0 - 2.0 ECTS (external, category Scientific activities) can be obtained, depending on the contribution of the participant. To get an attestation (certificate) please print out the DPEE certificate of attendance  and bring it at the workshop.
These ECTS  are considered as external credit points.

Evaluation : Full attendance and active participation

Travel expenses : participants of the Interuniversity doctoral program in organismal biology (University of Neuchâtel) are eligible for reimbursement of incurred travel expenses by train+bus (Sion-Arolla) (half-fare card, and 2nd class) from their home University to Arolla.

  MAKE SURE you SIGN the ATTENDANCE LIST EACH and EVERY DAY
and
ASK the ORGANIZERS to COMPLETE the ATTESTATION
 

Accommodation : the doctoral program DP-biol will reimburse a maximum of 3 nights in dormitory (90.00/night).

To be eligible for reimbursement, you MUST complete the DP-biol registration (see below) and receive a confirmation.

Please send the original tickets/bills (no copies) with the reimbursement form  to Dr. Christiane Bobillier.  No reimbursement for taxi or car travel expenses will be paid.
