The chair in Innovation Management supervises theses that contribute to our understanding of the drivers and barriers to innovation, change and renewal in organizations. A particular emphasis, thereby, is on strategic leaders and their characteristics in creating or inhibiting change and innovation.

Currently, some new thesis topics are to be examined and then offered to the students.
