Description
In this course, we will introduce the main ethical principles in human and animal experimentation. We will then review such topics as the social values of science, the benefit harm analysis, the 3R principles, informed consent, the selection of participants, working with vulnerable persons and communities, and confidentiality. After a theoretical introduction, we will discuss together practical cases.
