Free mobility exchange
Students from universities which do not have a co-operation agreement with UniNE but who wish to make an exchange at UniNE may also apply for what is known as a free mobility exchange at UniNE.
Application forms
Candidates should send their application documentation to the Mobility Office.
By 15 April for the fall semester
By 15 September for the spring semester
This application should include

the application form

a covering letter (in French if you intend to take classes in French)

a letter of recommendation from a member of the teaching staff (in French or English)
-
a letter from your university authorising you to make an exchange at UniNE (in French, English or German)

a proof of your registration at your university
-
a proof of language skills in the language of instruction, minimum level B2 (proof required: test results or official certificate from a language center).

your transcripts of records (in French, English or German)
-
the list of the courses attended at the home university (in French, English or German)

a provisional learning agreement (30 ECTS/semester)
On receipt of this application, the Study Exchange Office will send it to the relevant faculty with a view to obtaining a notice of admission. Should this be approved, the Study Exchange Office will then supply the candidates with all the information they will need regarding their stay at UniNE at least two months before the start of the semester.
