Animal Physiology
Research interests
My main interests are visual insect ecology and environmental optics.
I study the connections between the function of visual organs, the processing of visual information and the behaviour of animals and their roles in ecological systems. My specialization is polarization in insect vision and light polarization phenomena in natural environments.
