Delphine Preissmann a étudié la psychologie à l’Université de Genève où elle a obtenu en 2003 un Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies de psychologie cognitivo-expérimentale.
En 2009, elle a obtenu une thèse de doctorat en neurosciences des Universités de Lausanne et de Genève. Ses principaux thèmes de recherche concernent l’étude du comportement et de la mémoire émotionnelle en lien avec leurs corrélats cérébraux.
