PhD students that would like to present their work either by oral presentation or poster are invited to submit the title and abstract using the registration form until the 17th of April 2010.

Poster session

  • New Ph.D. students (or first time participants at the annual PhD meeting) should present their project by means of a poster (or an oral presentation).

WE WOULD LIKE TO STRESS THAT YOUR POSTERS AND PRESENTATIONS ARE MEANT FOR BIOLOGISTS FROM DIFFERENT FIELDS WITH DIFFERENT INTERESTS AND BACKGROUNDS: MAKE IT INTERESTING AND ATTRACTIVE FOR ALL OF US!

Location : University of Neuchâtel, Faculté des sciences, UniMail, building G (chimie), GPA (Petit Auditoire)

Credit point : 0.5 credit point with poster or oral presentation (Scientific)

Evaluation : Full attendance

Information Yan Sun (yan.sun (at) unifr.ch) and Ashok Munusamy (ashok.munusamy (at) unine.ch or mlashokdna (at) gmail.com) are in charge of the organization.

Travel expenses : participants of the doctoral program are eligible for reimbursement of incurred travel expenses by train (half-fare card, and 2nd class). Please send the original tickets (no copies, except for the general abonnement) with the reimbursement form  to Christiane Bobillier.  No reimbursement for bus, taxi or car travel expenses will be paid.

If you would like to give an oral presentation please indicate it in the remark field.
You will be contacted by the oganizers to confirm your choice.

registration

The annual meeting is compulsory for all participants of the doctoral program.  It is open to external participants.

Registration fee  (lunch and coffee breaks)

  • doctoral program participants: free
  • external participants: CHF 25.00 (to be paid at the registration desk)
